The tracker currently has four sections – one for understanding the highest-impact use cases businesses are implementing, one for understanding which use cases are gaining traction, one to make it easier to prioritise use cases based on their results, and one with detailed breakdowns of each use case.

You can also click on a use case to see all the case studies underneath it!

To help you strategise and understand which use cases actually move the pin for businesses, they’re sorted by their Proven Impact: a weighted score that reflects the quality of the reported outcomes of the case studies within that use case. Financial results (ROI, revenue and cost savings) are weighted stronger than time savings, operational metrics or qualitative claims.
